Join a fascinating evening with Avraham Cohen, Eli Cohen’s younger brother. Avraham will share about the incredible details of Eli’s life, from Egypt through Israel to Syria. As we honor his memory prior to the 50th anniversary of his hanging.

Eli Cohen is known as one of Israel’s greatest spies. He befriended Syria’s political and military elite and gathered information that aided the State of Israel and the Israeli army in dealing with the Syrian attacks in the 1960’s. His work played a key role in Israel’s victory of the Six Day War. In January of 1965, Cohen was exposed and captured. On May 18, 1965 he was executed by hanging in Damascus.
