Senior Connections: Kosher Hot Lunch

Seniors 60 and older, it’s not too late to sign up for the special Kosher Hot Lunch scheduled for Monday, August 22 at 12 noon. It will be held in the social hall of Temple Emanu-El in Waterford. The lunch is sponsored by the Jewish Federation and TVCCA and prepared by JFEC’s Dona Casey.

Those who attend will enjoy a delicious, barbecued chicken luncheon served with a garden salad with dressing, corn on the cob, roasted red potatoes and fresh watermelon for dessert.

Please make your reservation by Tuesday, August 16 as Dona must call the order in to TVCCA to make sure she receives enough kosher chicken to prepare. The suggested donation for this special luncheon is $4 per person payable at the door.
