Israel Is Food: An Israel Story Event

This virtual tour of Israeli food will kick off with a cocktail demonstration by mixologist Rami Lavy. We’ll head to the kitchen of the acclaimed Upper West Side restaurant Bustan, where Israel Story senior producer and co-founder Yochai Maitel will cook and talk with chef Eli “Buli” Buliskeria. The meal will end with a dessert recipe and tutorial shared by pastry chef Shir Rozenblat. Israel Story creator Mishy Harman joins us from Israel in conversation with Israeli chefs Haim Cohen and Atalya Ein Mor. Recipes will be provided upon registration for those who would like to cook along.
