Nicole Krauss, award-winning novelist and short story writer, whose works include The History of Love (2005), Great House (2010), Forest Dark (2017), and her recent short-story collection, To Be A Man (2020). Krauss will engage in a virtual conversation with Dr. Ellen Umansky about her work and ways in which Jewish issues and her own sense of Jewish self-identity infuse her writings. The New York Times has recently described Krauss as “one of America’s most important novelists and an international literary sensation.”
