Habitat for Humanity Build

The Social Action Committee of Temple Emanu-El in cooperation with Congregation Beth-El announces our first Habitat for Humanity Build since COVID interrupted that work. We will be building on a site in Norwich that will have two new houses. One home is for a family from Sudan and Ethiopia who were brought to New London by StartFresh.

NOTE: there are jobs for helpers of all skill levels – no one will ask you to carry heavy loads, climb on a roof or use any tool unless you want to do that type of task and are comfortable with it.
