Hebrew Ladies Aid & Educational Society Scholarship & Rose Blonder Scholarship

HLA is in the process of dissolving and transferring its assets to the Jewish Federation. Applications, as in the past, will be distributed through the JFEC beginning in late March, early April by calling Mimi Perl at 442-8062. Scholarships will be awarded based on three criteria: need, personal effort (work ethic), and scholarship.
